Day 3 - Tracking

Breakfast
Turkey Rashers (1) egg (1.5) bread (1.5) tinned tomatoes, delicious for 4 points

Lunch
1/2 sandwich (1.5) , smoked salmon (4), lettuce and tomatoes

Snack
Weight Watchers Thai Chilli Bakes (1)

Tea
3 Sainsbury's taste the difference burgers (14) 4.5pts each - ouch!
2 slices toast (3)
roast peppers and cherry tomatoes

wine (6)

earnt 3.5pts on my pedometer but still went over today 33.5pts in total!

I always tend to struggle on a Thursday because I'm genuinelly hungry and tired by the latter part of of the day so I think next week I'll aim for adding a small meal about 3.30pm before going back out to work.
