Great day, I did 7 points on my pedometer for starters, that means throughout the day I covered 11 miles!
Breakfast
I made a smoothie that wasn't very nice so only had half of it! (2pts)
milk in tea for day (2)
trout fillet with dill, ginger, lemon and garlic cooked in a foil parcel with veggies (courgette, carrot, spring onion, mushroom) and a roast pepper. (4.5)
Tea
Udon noodles with stir fried vegetables (brocoli, carrot, mushroom) and ham, served with a few sun blushed tomatoes. (7)
Snack
Frankfurter sausage (2)
No cravings, no wanting alcohol, my new healthy eating has finally kicked in. Hurrah!
