Well it's weigh day and I'm interested to see what the scales say, this week I've eaten what I've fancied, not worried too much about calories as I noticed having a couple hundred or so extra some days makes a hell of a difference to how I feel. It looks over the week that I've burned more than eaten so we shall see. Obviously some of the meal totals on Nutracheck have been guestimated by myself so the totals might be out but I'm in no rush to lose, I'm after 1/2lb at a time as I want it to be an enjoyable journey - I like eating way too much to go without. Food is my passion and cooking is one of my hobbies so health is more important than weight and numbers.
Another dinner enjoyed, although I realised I'd rather have 2 or 3 eggs than the gammon, I love eggs cooked in oil.
He's treated me to a deep fat fryer because he doesn't trust me with a chip pan - I'm too clumsy and they're too dangerous so the combination is an accident waiting to happen. There were flames the first time I used the pan and he was in the room to witness it, so I had no chance - they were controlled flames :) I realised what I'd done wrong straight away. Seriously though, if you google chip pan fires, they're scary so I feel better with the fryer and it was on offer.
Curry for dinner tonight, just took it out the freezer, it was one I made with leftover leg of lamb when it was on offer for a tenner, the can microwave it if they're hungry before I get home, but if they wait for me, I'll do naan's and poppadoms with it.
I did 25 minutes cardio at the gym with Aryn last night, I also had a lovely bath before bed which was very relaxing, I need to do that more often, so good.
Busy day ahead, looking forward to it too, just gotta get me a bit of breakfast first to see me through till I get back around one.
