Well I gained 1/2lb, I'm not disappointed because I lost 1/2lb last week after overindulging over Easter so I'd say it's catch up, I'm also eating more calories as I'm experimenting with what my body does really use on average because I really do want to lose weight slowly so I don't notice it so much. I want a more realistic behaviour with eating. I am so over the one again, off again thing, so there's no rush.
Food wise, I didn't make great choices yesterday, I had a horrid pot noodle for lunch, curry flavour because I couldn't be bothered and it made me feel sick for the rest of the day. I was over on the day so not as bad as I expected it to be.
For dinner we had lamb curry which I'd cooked with leftovers from the other week and I didn't work out the calories at the time so I could only guestimate it, but guessing is better than not tracking at all. Learning more about my eating habits, every day I track. I wasn't keen on Aldi's own brand microwave pilau rice, wouldn't buy it again, rather pay more for Tilda, their brown rice is fine though.
It was good to see huddles buzzing again yesterday, returning after Easter and holidays, it's great hearing about their travels and the fact they no longer stress when away because it's all part of the journey.
I'm waiting for my shopping to be delivered, done an online shop this week, it's easier when I need my monthly supply of cat food, it makes me think before I buy too.
The rest of my day is not planned, doing washing at the minute and ignoring the state of the kitchen! I'm not feeling Friday at all, but we shall see how the morning progresses.
