YOU GOT THIS!

13th May 2017
There is no shortcut.  It takes time to build a better, stronger version of yourself.
Don't put a deadline on a healthy body!  You have your entire life to be healthy and happy, losing a stone in a month doesn't mean anything if you intend to forget about getting healthy along the way and keeping that weight off!  There really are no short cuts,

Remember what comes easy won't last long, and what lasts won't come easy.   Let's show a little patience here, be realistic.  You aren't going to drop a dress size in a day, you won't lose 4 stone in a month.  You most likely will go on a bender or have a binge every now and then (I blame the full moon for that!)  It's unlikely that you'll become a gym bunny and your weight is going to fluctuate over time.

You might even go looking for a miracle cure or a quick fix and it won't work, it's okay you're human and you're going to fail, just remember nothing is ever accomplished without a few obstacles getting in the way, heck it's called life.  BeYOUtiful one, just keep going - YOU GOT THIS!

You need to remember you'll never change your life until you change something you do daily, the secret of your success will be found in your daily routine, so where can you start.

Oh and why I'm thinking about it, stop comparing yourself to others, no two bodies are the same, no two people are either, your journey is your journey - enough said.

You don't need to starve to get where you want to be, you already have a summer body, you have a body, when summer arrives you'll still have a body.  Enjoy the sunshine knowing you're doing all you can to be as healthy as you can be.  If you're not doing all you can, then stop with the pity party and start taking care of yourself to the best of your ability.

Work harder, it may take longer to do it the right way, the healthy way, but it will last longer also.  It will be a better way and you'll be happier.  You'll also be promoting a healthy way of life to all those younger people in the world who think it's okay to ignore taking care of themselves.

Lose those excuses and start finding your results.

Getting healthy and happy isn't just about losing weight, it's not limited to adjusting your diet and hoping for the physical results, it's more holistic, which is why Weight Watchers focus on Eat, Smile & Move, who wants to be thin and miserable?  I don't!

It's time to believe in yourself, believe in your ability to achieve whatever you decide is important to you, heck you believed in Father Christmas for a good few years, how about believing in yourself for the next 24 hours, we'll work on tomorrow when it arrives.

Stop complaining about your weight, start doing something about it.  Yes it's hard but being overweight is hard too - choose your hard.  Now go have a great day BeYOUtiful!  YOU GOT THIS!
