Few words today.

Friday 13rh May 2022
We make our own luck.

Slept in this morning, I've got to go over docs at 8 to try and get Aryn an appointment, so this blog will be a short on.

My day was a good one yesterday, loved our huddles and was glad to be kept busy, foodwise it was a better day than the day before, egg sandwich for breakfast, fish finger cob for lunch and chicken chow mein for tea but I left lots as it wasn't very good at all.  I'll be amazed if I don't gain weight tomorrow.

I'm having my first mammogram today, let's hope it's all clear shall we, not feeling the 'Friday the 13th' love lol.  I'm sat here thinking house needs hovering, at least I've put a load of washing in, I'm feeling a lazy day once the appointments have been done.  The forecast is dry and if it does warm up this afternoon, I fancy sitting in the garden with my book.

Right, I did say it was going to be a short one, I meant it.

Let's all do the best we can today and make it a good one.

Bloody Tears!

Thursday 12th May 2022
Time is non-refundable, use it with intention.

Yesterday was a day of two halves!  The first half went well, great huddle, enjoyed my breakfast of eggs and tomatoes on toast, I think too the car for a service and had a walk round Wednesfield.
Nipped to the post office and transferred our £1k donation to the girls football team, (1) Lane Head Galaxy | Facebook, these amazing young ladies are in the final on Saturday after only starting up in 2019 before Covid - how amazing are they.

Then my day changed, I had a phone call that wasn't the news I was hoping for, came home to a poorly Aryn and the rest of the day just went tits up!

My eating wasn't great, I tried, had gammon for lunch, had defrosted it but Aryn didn't eat, so I had both pieces of gammon!

Ate two packet of snaps, had a mash potato sandwich and later even ate these!  No wonder people eat high calorie food when it's only £1 for 2, 296 calories each, way too easy to eat both.

I cried a lot yesterday! Don't get me wrong, my life is great right now and I'm in a really good place but my emotions some days are just out of my control.  I think some of it is because of the menopause, some is grief - I miss my mom!  But also yesterday that phone call made me feel I was about to have to start a battle, I really didn't want to - but I will!  I also don't want to see a young man I've grown to love be unwell and upset, damn this parenting lark is hard work!

The scales are gonna laugh out loud at me this week, no chance of a weight loss, but it's okay, there's more to life than those results. Having said that, we shall again do our best today to eat well.  On a positive I did do a Freezer Inventory, I now know what's in there for eating and there's plenty to keep me out the supermarket for a good few days.

Right, I'm gonna have a shower and wake myself up, here's to a better day,

Midweek already, these weeks are flying.

Wednesday 11th May 2022
Make today a happy day.

100% chance of rain today, let's not let that affect our mood though, let's decide to have a happy day and eat food that makes us feel good and improves our health.

I enjoyed my eggs and tomatoes with my bread yesterday, great way to start my day, might have the same again today as I'm taking the car to be serviced straight after the huddle this morning.

After a couple of great huddles yesterday, I went home and enjoyed this ready meal that a member had recommended, it was alright but I wouldn't buy again, rather make my own for less calories, 555 calories for that seemed a lot, it was obviously all in the chees sauce which had single cream in, my cheese sauce is just as good and a bit of parmesan would've done it as good.

I wasn't overly hungry when I got home on the night after another cracking huddle so I ate the two cold slices of pizza that Aryn had left at lunchtime, not the best option but I'm trying not to waste food and save some cash along the way.

Meal planning is the answer to saving some cash isn't it!  I really need to do that, I know I've said it before but it really would help not just financially but with staying on track with the calories too.  I'm thinking grey peas today as I have some in freezer, or if Aryn fancies it we could have curry and rice as I've got that all made up in freezer too, it's certainly the weather for something warm.

Right that's my plan of action today, huddle this morning at Wimborne Road, take car for service, do a freezer inventory to see what foods I have in there and plan some meals using them up!

Here's to a very, good day - you in?

Damn those coupons!

Tuesday 5th May 2022
Be 1% better than you were yesterday.

My day started great yesterday, had eggs on toast for breakfast, missed my eggs in the morning, not been eating breakfast at all and it's a favourite meal some days so I'll get back to that, I was going to have tinned tomatoes with them but can you believe I didn't have any in the cupboard, I don't remember a time when I didn't have a tin of toms in my kitchen.  I've took some out the freezer that have been flavoured up by my brother so will enjoy them today with my eggs.

My next task was the greenery on the front garden, he'd cut all the shrubs back at the weekend so I made a few trips to the tip with it all in the back of the Saab, then hoovered it all out afterwards and apart from a couple of green bugs that won't come out you wouldn't know it had been full of so many branches and leaves!

We were rebels though and had our lunch from McDonalds because they sent me a 50% off voucher if I ordered for pick up via the app - oops.  Having said that I didn't eat again so not so bad and I did really enjoy it, I had a diet sprite instead of coke which I really enjoyed, I'll buy me some cans of that I think.

This will be todays lunch, it's been recommended by a member, quite high in calories at 555 but the fact the fat and saturates is in red is more of a concern than the calories, it was on offer and I fancied giving it a try.  It serves 1 but if Aryn shows interest I might split it between us and add more veggies.

I've got some tinned soup too that I can always have, the weathers undecided and muggy I think, I've had a migraine for the last two days, I thought it was a hangover from the white wine I'd had Saturday but soon realised it was more when I woke up with it again yesterday, I can still touch the pain this morning, it's like someone has stuck a steel thin poker in the corner of my eye where my nose is - NICE NOT!

Okay, time to get ready to go do our Be Happy Owls thing, looking forward to our day, hope to see lots of members looking forward to a summer of healthy eating and loving life.  Let your friends know where we are, help us continue doing a job we both love.

Here's to tracking this Tuesday and staying within my allowance!

A fun weekend had

Monday 9th May 2022
You're every nice word I can think of.

Well axe throwing is harder than you'd think!  Archery was very good and I'm not a bad shot at shooting either, but axe throwing I'm a little lame, I could throw em but they didn't want to stick in the wooden targets lol, I did get a few in.  Aryn loved archery and of course now wants his own bow and arrows and his dad won at everything!  Ah not everything Aryn won one round of speed shooting, I won the other, but yeah his dad won the overall shooting and the everything else.

Mmm as for food well the scales will have won this weekend, we enjoyed a sausage sandwich before setting off, that's the first time I'd eaten before noon for a few weeks  On the evening we had burgers, although I did only have one but then we started picking and I drank too much white wine - it's like pop!  They were both in bed before 9, I ended up enjoying the evening peace outside the van finishing the wine - oops.

This of course spilled over into yesterday and when he offered to cook a breakfast, I didn't resist, bacon was amazing, we did have mushrooms and tomatoes on it but yeah I had a lot of bread this weekend.  Line drawn though, back on it today, I had a maintain on Saturday morning so hopefully I can pull it back and get a little loss on Saturday.  We enjoyed salmon, potatoes and veg for tea last night at least and I've left all the tempting stuff in the van and he's driven off with it this morning, I even had salted peanuts last night, I made sure they've gone with him too.

Much Wenlock is beautiful and there were lots of paths to work from the campsite, I went for an hours walk yesterday morning so at least I burned a few calories.  My muscles ache this morning from throwing axes, oh and we cut down the bushes on the front garden too so there's a few more, now my garden is full of cut down branches!

We had lots of fun this weekend, I'm not even thinking about what effect it had on my weight.  Making memories, lots of photos and laughter, I love the laughter.  There was a plastic cat on top of the caravan in front of us and he kept joking to Aryn, 'that cats patient, he's been up there ages', Aryn said at one point, “it’s one of those dried out cats” he was thinking about taxidermy, we did laugh.

I've not had a great sleep so I'm yawning this morning, up at 5 too, lots to do today, well not lots, but enough, I'll chill this afternoon, watch some tele or read my book. But first to get ready for this weeks meetings with Elle.

We've found another good cause to help with our charity money, Lane Head Girls FC | Facebook We're donating £500 towards their kit, apparently it'll cover the coats for all of them so that's great. I think it's great that girls are out there enjoying football.

Here's to a very, good day, eggs on the menu I think as they need using up.

I love food I do!

Saturday 7th May 2022
You are more than your measurements.

After a busy morning running errands yesterday and doing housework, Aryn and I nipped to Tesco to get him the pizza deal as he likes their pizza, then he said 'pub lunch' and I was ooo maybe.

I hadn't eaten yet so had a full bank of calories, we were in Willenhall and I remembered Ye Old Toll House  I've only ever been there once and it was so long ago I don't even remember who I went there with.  I said we'd stop and see if they were open for lunch it was just before 3 and yes they were and WOW, set menu, one course 9.99, 2 was £14.99 I think and 3 £17.99 anyway, we had 2 courses.

Aryn will try anything but he doesn't like onions and mushrooms (oh and quite a few veggies), but he asked me if he had tried breaded mushrooms, so I ordered them so he could try one and he ordered popping chicken.  His portion was huge and I knew that was gonna half fill him up before he even started on his main.

We both ordered roast dinner, I had mixed meat he had gammon and wow, it was delicious and a very decent sized portion, it beat us both, I bought 3 slices of meat home with us and made his dad a couple of cobs when he got back from work.

I will definitely return, didn't eat again yesterday, it did me for the day.  I only drunk one big glass of wine too, we nipped over the pub and I had a glass of red but I didn't like it so left it and had a glass when we got home.

Weigh day today, hoping for any loss, too much info I know but I've not been to the toilet this morning and I go every morning so my body is now teasing me and saying I'm not gonna help you get a loss lol.

It's all good, I've been way more mindful of my food choices, I've enjoyed everything I've eaten, I still want to be able to go out and eat delicious food, introduce Aryn to different cuisines, we need to find somewhere French to try.

Anyway I need to get my hair dried ready for work, early morning today, then later we're off to Much Wenlock for the rest of the weekend.  Hope you enjoy your weekend,

Bloomin Frazzles!

Friday 6th May 2022

Oh ma'an track as you eat it is the lesson of the day!  I was over by 84 calories which is the packet of Frazzles I had, maybe I'd have decided not to have them if I'd realised, we'll never know.

I did enjoy my meals yesterday thought, quick easy lunch, Heinz curry beanz and eggs on dry fried bread, I don't really eat toast anymore as it gives me heartburn, but dry frying doesn't which is weird!

For tea we had home made cauliflower cheese because I got my hands on a reduced huge cauliflower for 65p, used this recipe for the sauce Quick & Easy White Sauce (behappyowls.com), I used 200g of cheddar and 6 tablespoons of parmesan and it served 4, 392 calories each.  We had it with Youngs fish in batter which is on offer in Sainsburys.

We enjoyed our huddles as always, we've all agreed tracking really is key even if you're not doing great or going over, it just keeps you aware.

I'm off to pick up my new glasses this morning, then I plan to sort out all the stuff we've had so far for the women's refuge and I need to tidy my room lol, my clothes are all over the floor like a teenager!

Foodwise, I have suggested toad in the hole as Aryn wants to make Yorkshires but whether it'll happen, we shall see.

Here's to a fab day, I get weighed tomorrow so I need to stay on track, will be happy with 1/2lb this week to be honest.

Tracking really can be a positive action!

Thursday 5th May 2022
Celebrate every tiny victory.

I had a 'I want more food' moment last night, I'd bought Aryn a Thai meal in Sainsbury's because it had been reduced to a fiver and we'd been talking about different cuisines at the weekend and I want him to try them all over time, a fivers cheaper than a meal out, especially if he hadn't liked it.  He did, there was Thai green and Thai red curry, prawn crackers, vegetable spring rolls and jasmine rice, it was a serves two meal but I'd already eaten my chicken dinner.  I did have a taste of each of the curries though and a spoon of rice, oh yeah and one of the mini veg rolls.

I then had this for tea, there's lamb on that plate (again reduced in shop) the best thing on the plate was the corn on the cob though, I left some of the lamb and the mint yogurt sauce was horrid.

I really didn't want to track it all because I knew I'd gone over and it's the first time I'd had things knowing I wasn't helping my weight loss since I got back on track the other week, but this morning I've got up and tracked it all.  I tracked the couple of spoons of Thai, the bag of frazzles and space invaders, the wine, the ryvita with St Agur chese, yeah it's all been tracked and I'm really glad I did because I only went over by 237 calories on my day, I thought it was a lot more!

It's given me the encouragement and motivation to get back on it 100% this morning.  I was tired yesterday and that probably had a little to do with me giving into temptation easily, I almost fell asleep on the afternoon, maybe I should've!  I was in bed and asleep by 9 and I've had 9 hours sleep, so I'm good to go this morning.

Looking forward to a busy day catching up with our members, staying on track is always easier on a Thursday because I don't get home till 7 tonight and I'm out most of the day enjoying 3 huddles.

Here's to staying within our allowance today!

May the Fourth be with you.

Wednesday 4th May 2022
Find the good in each day.

Another day done, on track and in the zone, enjoyed my chicken dinner and not gonna lie, I also enjoyed most of the skin off the chicken!  It was all tracked though, did you know 100g of roasted chicken skin is a crazy 501 calories, it's delicious though, not to everyone's taste I know but I likes it a lot.  I resisted bread and butter to mop the gravy up on my dinner, that was a huge win.

I really enjoyed my dinner, needed lots of veggies in my life yesterday and good food as I was tired when I got back from Stratford, having woken up before 5.  I didn't even miss the lack of potatoes on the plate, plus I've got a spare one made for dinner today.

Wasn't that hungry when I got back from work at teatime so I used up some of the eggs I had that needed using, did the put them in a bowl of water to make sure they were still fresh, they were even though they were best before April something, as long as they don't float they're good.

Egg and salad cream Sandwich with Monster Munch.

Monster Munch is out of my system finally, won't be wanting another packet of them again for a long while.

Rain forecast most of today so when I get back from Huddle later, I'm going to start organising the stuff we've got for the Women's Refuge, we're collecting things like toiletries and goodies (crisps, hot chocolate, chocolate, sweets) to go in goodie backs, we plan to put together 200 'girls night in' treat bags so they can all have one each to cheer them up.  If you want to donate anything, get in touch, we'll be buying stuff but if we can get things donated, even better.

But first, to get ready for this morning, we had a really good, busy day yesterday, new members coming to join, on the recommendation of others, which really cheers us up.

Have a great day,

Another lovely Bank Holiday weekend

Tuesday 3rd May 2022
Be the energy you want to attract.

Back to work this morning, we had a lovely day in Stratford yesterday, walked along the river, went on the big wheel and a boat trip then enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Dirty Duck.  We were lucky to get a table as it was fully booked later, but I'd ben fancying a lamb dinner for days so to see it on the menu, I was thrilled and again the calories on the menu really does help.

It helped me resist this Strawberry & Prosecco Choux Bun, it wasn't even the calories in it that helped me say no, it was knowing it would make me feel sick afterwards as my stomach doesn't handle desserts well, so when I said, "I'll probably feel sick later', he just looked at me and said, then why are you gonna have it, have a glass of wine instead and enjoy that.

Initially we were driving home yesterday night, but we decided to stay the night and drive back this morning, so I ended up having two of those sausages  for my tea.  I'd watched him eat the two mornings before and they looked amazing but honestly they didn't taste as good as they looked, glad I had them though to prove it because I'd have bought a packet then we'd have had 10 sausages in the house lol.

I ended up well over my daily target, having consumed 2508 calories yesterday but I did walk 15k steps, for some reason it's not syncing with my Nutracheck app, I don't know why but I'm still on track and in control and feeling good.

Better move myself and get ready for work, here's to a busy day.  I fancy chicken for dinner today and some fish this week, lots of goodness, oh and a few wine free days!

Wish me luck :)

Healthy Habits Challenge

Monday 2nd May 2022
Don't overthink it all.

Well I survived another day, resisted a fry up for breakfast, I won't lie those sausages did look good but I said no, might have sausages in the week as a main meal with mash and veggies, although I can't cook them like he did yesterday, they looked perfect, brown all the way round.

I bought this when we went to the shops and have to say, I really enjoyed it and would buy again, only 177 calories, not a meal on it's own but with a salad or as a snack it was tasty.

I had a cheese salad which was delicious, I do love a bit of cheese, it was the leftovers from our Easter weekend when we weren't on a 'diet' but I could still eat it, just counting the calories.  Oh and I enjoyed 2 packets of pickled onion Monster Munch, they are 98 calories of magic in a bag ;)

So whilst I was eating my salad with pickled onions, he's eating steak in peppercorn sauce and spuds with his salad and Aryn is enjoying a pizza, it's all helping me build up my resistance, I wasn't even fussed if I'm honest, if I want pizza, again I'll add it to my meal plan for this week.

Today however, we're planning on a pub lunch and I'll have whatever I fancy on the menu, hopefully Stratford Upon Avon won't be too busy and we can find somewhere to eat!

Elle and I recommend Nutracheck as our app of choice and today they start a Healthy Habits Challenge for May which I've signed up for, it starts today!

Healthy Habits Challenge

This is what it includes;

  • 5 portions of fruit and vegetables per day
  • 6 days of moving your body per week
  • 7 minutes of mindfulness per day
  • 8 hours of sleep per night
Mmm, can I do all that?  We shall see....

For now I'm going to have another cuppa and enjoy a bit of quiet before we pack up the van and head towards Stratford, I'm hoping when Aryn and I drive home later, the roads won't be ridiculously busy!

May - chapter 5 of 12

Sunday 1st May 2022
The way you speak to yourself matters.

Well we're sitting in the motorhome in Evesham, watching the news and listening to the rain!  It's been raining for hours and I believe it's gonna continue most of the day, but on a positive we had a lovely sunny afternoon and evening yesterday.

I didn't bring any food with me so we nipped to the local Tesco, ended up with meal deals, pizza for Aryn and chicken, ham and leek pie with potato dauphinoise and peas for us, that set me back 1061 calories (not a meal I'd want again) but it probably wasn't that many because I didn't eat most of the lid of it as it was burned.  As I was over by 164 calories on the day, I most likely broke even having left some pastry.  It was bloomin hard staying on track yesterday though, temptation everywhere, Aryn left his wedges, they did go in the bin though, I'm trying not to make my belly the 'waist' bin!

I did have a couple of these though, they are lush!

1/4 pack was 29 calories, I also had a couple of seafood sticks for 36.  Then I found a pack of smokey bacon crisps in the cupboard that I'd put there last week to get out of my house so I wasn't tempted, hoping he'd eat them and he hadn't!

We'd had a lovely morning at the huddle, I lost 3lb WOO HOO, that's 6lb in two weeks, really thrilled with that, so my totals back up to 23.5lb, I will get that 2 stone, be nice if it was by the end of this month, but as long as I get it for summer I'll be more than happy.

Know his lordship had been out for a few pints more than once over the week, I was amazed to see he'd lost 6.5lb, suggesting he was being a little bit of a smug git lol, but seriously he's obviously done something and we're all getting healthy so I'll take him losing more than me and telling me he's beating me at my own game :)

Not sure what we're up to today, there is a salad in the fridge and some steak, there's also smoked salmon.  He's got the makings of a cooked breakfast but I've not been eating breakfast, I've not been eating till after 12 noon, it's helping me and I'm not hungry before then so why eat!  Maybe if he makes it later, I might have a bit but if it's before noon, I'll say no thanks and have salad later, I won't be tempted by his bacon cos it's smoked, so I could hard boil some eggs for my salad.  Maybe we'll find a pub for lunch if it continues raining!

Right I'm off to do my daily quizzes, wordle and all that, enjoy your day,

Mwah, luv ya

Weigh Day!

Saturday 30th April 2022
Focus on your positive actions.
Well today is weigh day and if I lose weight I've proved to myself I can eat out and enjoy myself with a few compromises, yesterday we enjoyed a few hours at Attingham Park, I watched Aryn eat cake and a cheese toastie whilst I drank a cup of coffee.  We're going to continue moms 'rate the cake' tradition at all the National Trust places we plan to visit, their chocolate cake got a 7/10, the toastie however got a 10/10.

We got really up close to the deer which made my day, there were hundreds of them, so it was definitely worth the drive.  We stopped for food on the way back, I'd not eaten all day so was definitely ready for something, thankfully we were in time for the lunch menu, it ran till 5pm and we both opted for a hot beef brisket sandwich with beef dripping sauce and pickled pink onions on toasted sourdough, served with fries, the menu said it was 1047 calories and it was worth every one of them.  We both agreed we'd recommend the Oaken Arms, Codsall, lovely food, nice pub and excellent staff.   I have had my share of fries this week though, need something else in my life over the weekend!

A shower and a glass of wine was enjoyed when I got home, followed by a bit of tele before bed.

Here's to a busy morning and a weight loss for all including me!  I've charged my Fitbit for the first time in a very long time, mainly so I can see what the time is in the middle of the night when I'm in the motorhome, but of course it'll be interesting to see how many steps I'm taking these days.

Have a great weekend,

Here's to a Fab Friday.

Friday 29th April 2022
You gotta nourish to flourish!

3 weeks ago I didn't think I could get 'on track' and lose weight, but I got stuck in and decided it was time and I'm so glad I did, it's weigh day tomorrow and I'm hoping for another loss to add to the 3lb I lost last week.  This is my breakdown for the past week, I'm quite happy with those number, yesterday was finished on track and I'm enjoying it, I don't feel like I'm going without really.

My food yesterday included this concoction, I needed to use up the cauliflower that I'd bought, so I roasted it, then decided to put two packets of  fish in butter sauce (only 104 calories each) which I'd microwaved, I then sprinkled it with 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese and popped under the grill to brown - delicious!

Because it took me ages to decide what to make for lunch, whilst I was waiting I enjoyed me a fibre one carrot cake bar for 90 calories, then I spotted these in the fridge which I knew he wouldn't eat now because they were two days out of date, so I tasted it to see if they were off and it was fine so I enjoyed me a pot as my pudding, really nice for 191 calories, a lovely treat, reminded me of school.

I hadn't planned my dinner either and when I got back Aryn asked if we could make the pasta salad we'd planned to make, so that's what we did, chicken, bacon and mayo pasta mmm.

I use this Zenb pasta because it has 11g of fibre in an 85g portion, that's amazing!  The pasta salad was delicious too if a little high in calories, but filling for 545 calories.  I managed to enjoy a couple of glasses of wine and still had a couple hundred calories unused when I went to bed.

That was my food day, the rest of my day was work which was great, lots of happy members, new members joining to get on track and returning members to draw the line.

We're all doing this, we will be healthier this summer!  Here's to a fab Friday.

Oh deer! Oh dear!

Thursday 28th April 2022
Stress less, smile more

Quick, short one this morning as I leave earlier for work.  Yesterday was a very good day even if I did end my day on 162 calories over my target!  I did however burn 779 calories walking Ercall wood, we were out walking for almost 2 hours.  It was a lovely walk, we saw an entire herd of deer at the edge of the golf course, just a wonderful sight, I get ever so excited and I'm noticing the more I do, the more he's starting to buy into my excitement rather than do the teenage thing where he takes the mickey :)

We then decided to eat out even though we can't afford it, we went to Ego at Tumbledown farm and they do a Prix Fixe Menu, which is 2 courses for £16.95, of course we decided on steak and that has a supplement that takes the price up!  I'm loving that the calories are on things, I'm not loving how high things are in those calories though, I ordered garlic mushrooms, I hadn't really read it obviously, was just looking at the calories because I thought they'd be in breadcrumbs and fried, which I would expect to be 531 calories but when they came they were Sautéed field & wild mushrooms with garlic, lemon & parsley cream with toasted white bloomer - this info was only written on the main part of the menu and I hadn't looked.  Don't get me wrong it was tasty, but worth that many calories - nah, I could've had a Big Mac for that and when I was sitting at home later, it was a big mac I'd wished I'd had.  I'd had a pizza from M&S for lunch earlier which was 420 calories and delicious, so it really does pay to look at the calories first.

Now the steak came with a peppercorn sauce which neither of us are keen on so we were given the option of garlic butter - Oh my days, look at that metal pot of heart attack gear lol, I didn't eat it don't worry, I did have a taste and it was just garlic in melted butter, there had to be at least 300 calories just in that dish.  The menu said 200g Sirloin Frites, Peppercorn Sauce 936 kcal but I'd say way more if swapping the sauce, these are things that we need to remember when eating out.  I had a bit of ketchup instead with it, the chips were lush, the steak okay, some of it chewy which when I order a steak rare I don't expect.  I've only ever been once to Ego before, many years ago and the menu, prices or food wouldn't make me want to rush back, the service was excellent though.

This was the pizza from M&S, I almost forgot to photograph it I was straight in there, it was delicious.  I think it said it shouldn't be frozen too, but I had and defrosted it thoroughly and it cooked absolutely okay.

Of course I had been to work yesterday morning and I'm looking forward to a busy day ahead, that'll help me stay on track because I won't have much spare time to be eating or thinking about eating.  I need to drink more water, I noticed this morning I'm a little dehydrated and I can't even blame the wine because I didn't have any yesterday.  I did go for a NHS health check, she took 3 vials of blood - ouch, I'm such a wuss when she sticks that needle in my arm but I was brave right until she took the third one out when she couldn't find her cotton wool and I'm sat there saying just pull it out lol.

Okay, I need to go, I have verbal diarrhoea don't I, it's a good job Elle knows how to shut me up in huddles ;)

Let's make Thursday tremendous.

Mwah, luv ya

Love me
