Focus on the positives.
3 good things for yesterday would be
Watching my boys demolish their dinner and say how much they enjoyed it.
Seeing Carol get out of the car with a giant fluffy penguin and her husbands reaction.
Watching the cats play together.
Another good day at the huddles yesterday, no ones been devastated by their gains this week thankfully, it seems calories have given our members the freedom they need to enjoy nice food year round so they haven't gone absolutely crazy over the last two weeks. They've still enjoyed all the goodies but feel ready to get it under control.
For my calories counting yesterday I did enjoy up over target but I also enjoyed 3 really substantial meals, I had omelette for breakfast with spinach, mushrooms and blue cheese in,
For lunch we had leftover stew, I resisted bread and butter - go me.Then for dinner I made us salmon topped with Boursin cheese and wrapped in Parma ham, served with brown rice and green beans. So simple and so tasty, 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees and wrapped in foil.
My boys loved it, I was even asked if it was an HelloFresh recipe, I was like, 'no it's a straight from my head recipe' go me!
It's now 6.45am and I'm trying to talk myself into going to the gym. Fitbit tells me I only had 6 hours 59 minutes sleep, woke a few times but I don't feel tired like I did yesterday, I am in pain down my left leg though, but that doesn't usually hurt when I swim.
We've got an appointment at Coppice at 10am for Aryn to go choose his options and arrange to start Monday, so I can fit an hour in really if I stop typing and move my ass. I know if I don't go before they get up, I won't go later in the day.
Right I'm off, I have loads of housework to do as well so I need to get something done!
have a great day,
Mwah, luv ya
Love me
