I forgot the photo, actually I didn't it was a poorly plate of food, I hadn't made an effort at all, I just had meat, cabbage and peas, oh and we had the rest of the pineapple warmed on top. Aryn had curly fries, green beans and peas with his. It hit the spot though especially for that price.
The rest of my food wasn't very exciting, a couple of crackers and a banana for breakfast, when I got back from morning I had one of his sausages with the crust chunk of bread. Thankfully I'd bought replacement batteries because I'd never have guessed what the calories were in the slices.
A healthy day today, on a positive I had 4 of my 5 a day yesterday, shame the grapes in the wine don't count as one! I could've easily ate more yesterday, being tired made me want to eat more, I even ate more of those damn butterkist because I knew they were in the cupboard and my brain/body knows they're full of sugar - quick fix energy! They also have that amazing combination of sugar/oil/salt that our bodies really like! Oh yes, there's a sweet combination of the 3 that our bodies adore and even though I'm not a massive fan of that particular way of combining those 3 things in popcorn, my subconscious knew it would give me a quick fix. I also had a chunk of cheese and a few slices of pepperoni, strong flavours see, I tracked it all though.
Another day of tracking ahead of me, day 18, I'm quite proud of myself for doing that, it is becoming my norm now, becoming a habit that I feel like I can continue going forward.
That was pretty much my day, watched a couple of episodes of the big trolley shop or whatever it's called on Channel 4, did some of my jigsaw and went to bed at 7 - heaven!
