Another week, another win!

Wednesday 10th August 2022
Nothing changes if nothing changes

After another week on track, I lost another pound so my totals creeping back up and I'm back in the stone below, I'd love to lose another stone before Christmas which is 136 days away, just over 19 weeks, so it's doable.

I had a banana for breakfast plus a couple of mugs of tea and coffee as I wasn't hungry and had no bread to make my usual mushrooms on toast.  I made up for it at lunchtime with fish, eggs and butternut squash chips roasted in the oven, that set me back 506 calories, I only needed one egg really, I was being greedy.

Later on I saw Elle posted crackers that she'd had for lunch, so before leaving for work I had a couple with blue cheese, then ate another dry cracker.

When I got home I had more crackers with spreadable cheese and another dry cracker, plus the cucumber and those 7 crackers with toppings come to 362 calories, soon adds up!

Aryn and I watched a bit of tele, I enjoyed a glass of wine, then we opened a packet of onion rings and I ate one of his profiterole balls!  My day ended on 1585 calories, leaving 197 to eat, which I left.

Not sure what's on the menu again today, I'm off swimming in an hour so will hopefully burn a few calories, then it's our morning huddle straight after.  Busy morning ahead but all good, if it's not too hot when I get back, I'll do some housework.  I have booked a family swim for this afternoon to try and get Aryn out and moving.

Here's to another great day, a bit more thought about food and reminding myself the weight isn't going to fall off overnight and I feel so much better for eating better and actually moving, I slept better too last night so it's all worth it!

Enjoy your day and your food, take care of you

I want a kayak now 😂

Tuesday 9th August 2022
Have more adventures.

Well I'm was bit pleased with myself yesterday, I went swimming and although I didn't go as far as the deep end still, I did 66 lengths going 2/3rds of the way of the 25m pool, which is roughly 44 full lengths, which for me is amazing because I've not exercised at all for years, I thought I'd be in agony this morning but thankfully I'm not - there is always tomorrow though of course, sometimes it takes an extra day doesn't it.

On the afternoon we went to try out kayaking on the canal in Kinver, I only agreed because it was sit on top kayaks so I wouldn't get trapped like you might in a canoe, I'm a wuss and proud!  The other bonus was if you should fall off, you can stand up in a canal, they're not deep.  Of course we didn't and we worked well together, only hitting the banks a few times, it's not as easy as it looks :) I enjoyed it and would happily do it again, despite the blister on my thumb from rowing - soft hands apparently. (1) River Severn Canoes | Facebook

We were wet and hungry when we'd finished as you can imagine so I changed in the back of the car, didn't want to put jeans on so threw on a pair of jogging bottoms, to be told by Aryn I looked like one of Santa's helpers in my khaki green bottoms and maroon tshirt - I did look a sight.

We went to the Springhill http://www.thespringhill.co.uk/ and we were both really impressed, I wasn't overly hungry and Aryn keeps missing out on pudding because he gets full from the main meal so he opted for a starter and dessert and I had a main, there's a lunch special 3 courses for £14.95 so we had 1 of them and split it but we'd definitely go back when we're properly hungry and it's the three of us because the food was delicious and I love that they specialise in fish dishes.

My main was grilled cod in lemon butter with the most amazing new potatoes and veggies.

Aryn had halloumi fries and hot cinnamon waffle which he inhaled!

Well it's weigh day and I'm optimistic, this is my Nutracheck report of averages for the week I'm pleased with those numbers, usually my Protein is well over the 100% so that's a first.

These are my totals since I finally got on track properly two weeks ago, 100% tracking from Tuesday 26th July, the one thing that's making me smile is the exercise calories are getting more frequent, but the bonus there is I'm enjoying the activity I'm doing, I'm not doing it because you 'should' or because it will 'burn calories'.

Here's hoping the scales will smile but if they don't for whatever reason, I'm happy with how I'm feeling, I'm prioritising my health, I'm realising I don't need so much food and it's all good.

Have a great day,

A day of mixed emotions

Monday August 8th 2022
Be kind to your mind (& others)

Well today will mean I've been one track 100% for two weeks, it's all been tracked (honestly!) and I've managed to survive every eventuality.  Don't get me wrong, here I have had to resist so many things such as doughnuts - twice!  Naan bread and pistachio ice cream at the restaurant, cornetto at the station, pizza, potatoes, bread and butter, toast, fish and chips, chicken tikka masala, copious amounts of alcohol - oh and so much more!  Was it worth it, yeah it was because I haven't had the terrible heartburn and indigestion I have been having and hopefully I will have lost weight again tomorrow, I managed to lose 4lb last week so I'll be happy with anything, yep half pound will do me, don't get me wrong more would be better but this is something I need to get used to doing,  I can't be living that extreme eating life, it's no good for my health.

My health was something I was once again reminded of how important it is yesterday as we lost one of our Owls, she had been ill for many years but constantly fought it, sadly the operation she had last week was just too much.  Such a sad loss and one that played on my mind all day.  We'd gone for the day on the Severn Valley Railway and I spent a lot of the time on the train, staring into space thinking about her and her family.

As for the day out, well it was hot so the boys weren't happy, Aryn hates sunshine and himself was uncomfortable as the sun burned through the windows of the train.  There weren't that many vintage cars and because of how the trains ran we were unable to get off and view them all because it would be an hour till the next train and there wasn't enough to do for an hour, plus there weren't enough trains running to enable us to do all the stops in the time available even if we'd been willing to waste the hour.  We just got off at Kidderminster and Highley.  I expected better scenery but then as I sat there I realise it's a VALLEY railway so we were down and the trees stopped us from seeing up a lot of the time lol.

We went to the Oddfellows to get food on the way home, ordered drinks at our table (rock and roll me had tap water) then to be told that lots of the menu was off, all but the lamb on the roasts for example, so if they'd told us that before we ordered drinks we may not have stayed but we managed, Aryn had a sharer starter as his main, guess the calories on this plate;

I opte for beef and chicken duo, 903 calories, the chicken and it's gravy was divine, as was the beef but the gravy on the beef was not for me, I don't like wine in gravy!  Anyway himself ate my beef which cancelled out the halloumi fry I nabbed from Aryn's plate.

All that sunshine and food caused himself to fall asleep on the settee when we got home bless him, which always helps my diet because I don't want to move and wake him up.

I'm off swimming now - must be mad!

Here's to another great week

Mwah, luv ya

What a great day!

ThSunday 7th August 2022
It's amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it!

Well I had a wonderful day yesterday, starting with the huddle.  Honestly we have a right giggle before anyone turns up, picture Elle lying on the stage trying to show me how to do the breast stroke correctly, then me lying with my belly on a chair showing her how I do it - yep that was us at 8.15am yesterday morning!  So funny, then a member comes in wearing a care bear tshirt and Elle was saying which ones she had, looks at me and asks 'did you have a care bear or are you too old', cheeky bitch, we both started laughing and she said 'I'm learning from the best', yep a great morning all round, 48.5lb lost on the scales, certificates handed out, just brilliant that our members are losing weight and we're loving our work.

Having left work feeling really good, I drove home to find the most incredible flowers from himself 'just because', he said, 'I do appreciate everything you do for us', very happy lady right here, who doesn't like to be appreciated and I do love flowers.

We picked my brother and his wife up at 5 as he was treating us to an Indian, I drove so everyone could have a drink, I'm genuinely not fussed about drinking when I'm out , I like drinking at home I do, with a glass of what I like.

The restaurant is about half hour away along the M54, worth the drive, it used to be called the Lion back in the day when Raj took it over, it was Ian's mates local and we did a charity night there years ago, where Ian and a few others had their chests waxed - ouch.  These days it's called Bharat Indian Restaurant now (2) Bharat Indian Restaurant | Facebook and I'd say it's the best Indian I've had possibly ever, don't get me wrong there's a lot of good ones out there, we had a decent meal at the pheasant a few months ago but this was just amazing.  The staff and service was good and the food, oh wow,

I just everywhere on tandoori chicken, it's my favourite, I adore it and I know how I believe it should be cooked and they had it nailed.  I tried to get the secret ingredients but he was having none of it, but he did give me a tub so I can make some myself by adding yogurt and chicken ;) happy girl right now.

These were everyone's mains, we all enjoyed then, himself had a vindaloo (loony), I had lamb tawa (Succulent lamb pieces served with a rich and tasteful medium sauce. Served on our sizzling Tawa directly to your table) which was scrumptious, my idea of perfect food.  Belinda had lamb pathia and Ian had the other meal I'd been tempted by Lamb Korai (Tender chunks of lamb or chicken moderately spiced cooked with diced onions, peppers and herbs in a thick Korai sauce served in a hot sizzling dish.)

This was mine, it really was damn good, I added more of the rice but overall I was good, I had this, the starter and a couple of poppadoms, resisted a keema naan, but next time we go I'm having one and I'll try chicken tikka masala as that's the other dish we all know what we like and have an opinion on.

Can't fault the day at all, now to enjoy our Sunday, we're off to Severn Valley Railway, I've never been, there's a vintage vehicles exhibition at all the stations so it should hopefully please us all, well once I get Aryn out of bed that is, he's not a morning person at all, but maybe we'll treat him to lunch out as he didn't come out with us last night.  It was the first time we'd gone out for a meal without him since he arrived so we deserved a 'grown up' night out.

Sun's shining, whatever you have planned - enjoy, I intend too.  Do it on track though, because we can, I proved it last night, that meal worked out at 903 calories, then I had a large glass of wine when I got home.

Swimming, shooting, check me out!

Saturday 6th August 2022
stop waiting - go and get it.

Day 12 of 100% honest tracking, because Nutracheck doesn't have roasted chicken skin on it, I've added a few chicken wings instead they need to sort that out, I know I'm not the only person who eats as much of the skin of a delicious chicken if no one else is going to.

Okay my day yesterday, I went swimming at 7 O'clock at the local baths now I have my fit for a fiver card, I'll be happy to pay for a proper pass in a few months time if I prove to myself, I'm going to keep it up.  My hope is 3 times a week, here's hoping.  Well I got in and it's a long pool with different speed lanes at that time of the morning, I got in the slow one of course, plus I only swam to where it said 1.5m, I'm not ready for the deep end yet, that's a good 6 inches above my head and I have swam to the 1.5m bit and back without stopping so I know I could make it at least once, but in my head, I'm not ready at all.  I don't care what others think, this is about me getting fit and to be honest, the old uns in my lane were lovely and encouraging.  I managed a good 50 minutes of swimming, I was in there almost the hour and I only stopped to wait for the people in front of me to get far enough away.  Turns out I'm not a slow swimmer, I do front crawl, I'm just a wuss not ready for the full length - I'll get there.  By the time I'd finished my arms were saying "WHY!" they weren't impressed with what we'd done and neither were my legs this morning.

I got back and made myself this delicious breakfast for 383 calories including my cuppa, eggy bread with mushrooms, nom nom.

Then Aryn and I went to do archery for an hour over Essington, Primal Mastery | Facebook thoroughly recommend, we had a great time, we fancy tag archery, shooting each other but not with pointy arrows of course ;)

Thankfully this seemed to loosen my shoulders/arms rather than make them worse!

We nipped to Tesco on our way home to get a chicken and a bit of salad, I then enjoyed some time in the kitchen, singing and cooking, I really enjoy doing this when there's no rush or stress to get it all done.

Note to self, don't ask himself to put you a 'bit' of couscous on your plate if you do only want a spoonful!  The calories in this lot soon added up, but I was 100% honest, I tracked the garlic bread which I added some Dolcelatte cheese too, so good.  I also took into consideration the last of the butter I'd used to baste the chicken, yep it's all gone on my tracker, 897 calories at tea time, good job I wasn't drinking a bottle of wine too last night, I had a small glass, and I do mean small!  Lot's of leftover chicken in the fridge for the boys to eat today.  I'd bought a tray of tandoori chicken from Tesco because you don't see it very often and I hoped it would be as good as takeaway - it wasn't, its good chicken but no tandoori, I have bought a spice tailor mix to try and if that's no good, I've got a youtube recipe from the man who taught me to make an epic curry.

It's almost 7am, I'm sat typing (obvs) and I'm stiff this morning and my muscles are asking why we did those things yesterday, but it's worth it because I know if I stick with it, those things will get easier and I'll have more energy.  I WANT MORE ENERGY!

I need to remember this tonight when we go for an Indian with my brother, at least driving will cut the calories, thankfully I also love tandoori so that's a good choice, I like sashlick too, I do like the sound of this though;

Lamb Tawa Succulent lamb pieces served with a rich and tasteful medium sauce. Served on our sizzling Tawa directly to your table

and this

Lamb Korai Tender chunks of lamb or chicken moderately spiced cooked with diced onions, peppers and herbs in a thick Korai sauce served in a hot sizzling dish.

We shall see, I haven't had a 'grown up' meal out in a long time, so I'm going to have what I fancy and track it and enjoy it.

But first I'm off to see all our lovely members this morning

Here's to a glorious weekend, the suns shining and life is good!

Now to survive the weekend.

Friday 5th August 2022
your only limit is you.

I had a busy day yesterday with huddles and UW appointment, so I almost got caught out with hunger.  I started with a ham toastie, which was tasty but I should've added mushrooms to fill me up and add a veggie to the meal!

Having said that it did keep me going for hours, then I'd forgot to take the pizza dough out the fridge so it was a 2 hour wait which would be 4pm and I leave for work again then.

On a positive though, I'd been chatting to Elle saying that I liked the idea of going swimming more regularly on my own to get fit and get better at swimming as I'm a little poor at it, plus with Aryn to get him healthier.  I'd been looking at options and costs, but I didn't want to commit to a year because I know what I'm like, I start things and get bored.  Well she suggested I sign up for fit for a fiver, a Wolverhampton scheme giving me 3 months swimming for £5, plus she was sure kids in Wolverhampton got free swimming.  She made a call to the baths and yes he was entitled to a card until he was 16.  Thinking it would be a lot of hassle, we drove after work to Bentley baths and the lady was lovely, we left half hour later, after a tour of the baths with our cards, all I'd had to do was fill the form in online for me and take a bill proving I lived in Wolverhampton for Aryns.  Guess where I'm going this morning!  I've been up since half four which I'd rather not have been but hey ho, it is what it is.

When we came out the baths, it was well after 3 and I had to leave for work for 4 and Aryn needed feeding, he checked the KFC app and they were offering two zinger meals for a tenner.   2 chicken wings, burger, fries, gravy and pop, I checked nutracheck and the burger was 450 calories so I agreed to give it a go, Aryn would eat the other stuff in my box.  Oh how I regretted that, no sooner had I finished it, than I felt yuk, I couldn't drink the pop because every time I swallowed some, I had frothy stuff coming back up.  I felt sick for hours after, I don't think there was anything wrong with the burger it was just how my body reacted to it.  Aryn enjoyed his and was fine afterwards.
I finally made the pizzas when I got home, they worked out at 750 calories each, they're supposed to be 12in circle but I've not mastered rolling pizza dough, plus I try to make them rectangle so I can use my smaller oven.  I was gutted because I still felt a bit sick and knew I couldn't eat it all, I had a third which weighed 100g, it was as delicious as these pizzas always are, but I did start to feel yucky again.

Without going into detail, my stomach was what woke me this morning, hopefully that's it out my system and I'll have a much healthier day today!   Although I haven't planned anything yet, wished I'd took a gammon joint out the freezer yesterday now.  Want to be healthy today as we have a fun packed weekend!  I must still feel a bit yuk because I'm not feeling the love for planning food for later at all.

We have a meal planned for tomorrow night, my brothers treating us to an Indian, then Sunday we're off on the Seven Valley Railway so no idea what the plan for food is there, it was a last minute decision yesterday when I noticed they have a vintage car show this weekend so we get two for the price of one.

Today Aryn and I are off to do archery, we have a groupon voucher Primal Mastery - Up To 56% Off - Essington | Groupon it's only up the road so perfect because he really enjoys pretending he's Robin Hood!

Right let's survive the day, let's survive the weekend, it's not so easy to stay on track when you're out and about is it!  It is doable though...

It's getting easier

Thursday 4th August 2022
Work on you for you!

Another day in the bag, even enjoyed wine and some of my onion rings, I think I'm over onion rings now which was the plan when I bought them, to overdose on them and not want them anymore and I think I've done it, Aryn can eat the rest.

I even turned down a Burger King and opted for this salad;

Check me out, hummus in the celery, ham and egg, it really filled me up too.  I've actually noticed my appetite lowering the last few days, hopefully that will last and my portion sizes will become the sizes folk are supposed to eat!  This will save me money too, because I won't buy so much food.

Another cracking huddle yesterday too, weight loss, certificates handed out, new members and laughter = perfect.  A busy day ahead looking forward to seeing lots of our members;

I need to go have some breakfast, I'm thinking a ham toastie to keep me going till lunch time and to use some of the bread, I've frozen some of it too as it wouldn't have kept.  We're having pizza for dinner, not sure of the calories until they're cooked as it only gives calories for cooked weight but they're delicious so I'll take it, swap my wine for pizza today.

We went swimming again, it'll be a long time before I break any records but I did manage to keep moving for a good 50 minutes, so I'm happy with that.  I want to swim in the sea now, need a weekend away I think, finding campsites with availability isn't easy right now though because everyone's booked them up already.

Right I need to get ready for work, have a great day,

Mwah, luv ya

4lb, that'll do!

Wednesday 3rd August 2022
Let's do it all again!

Well I lost 4lb at the scales, taking me to the stone so hopefully next week I'll be in the next stone bracket, it's the one after that I'm aiming for, so I need to stay focused and keep up the good work I've started.

I realised yesterday I'd not had heartburn all week either but the I got that uncomfortable repeating yesterday afternoon, the only thing I can think caused it was the bit of butter I had on a couple of potatoes, or maybe the cheese on the potatoes - possibly a combination of the two!

This was what I ate;

Breakfast was mushrooms on a slice of bread with a murdered fried egg on top, still delicious for 213 calories including the brown sauce.

Now this was delicious, I used 12% beef mince as I had it in freezer, bought when they were on a yellow reduced sticker in the coop one night.

Ingredients

500g beef mince
carrot diced
onion diced
green pepper diced
mushrooms diced (I used 3 I think but use as many as you like, they're only 7 calories per 100g)
2 oxos
2 tsps of bisto gravy granules
new potatoes, boiled, cooled and sliced
mature cheese

I put the veggies and beef in a frying pan with a little water to cook through, added the oxos and gravy granules once cooked.

put in dish, top with cooked sliced potatoes and top with cheese.  My portion was 700 calories because I used too much cheese, I got mine and Aryn's mixed up and it was already melted by the time I realised - bloody lush though, even if it did kick off my heartburn.

Undecided on today, I have said we can eat out if Aryn wants too, but if we do I want somewhere that I can eat healthy, I'd quite like fish or something different for a change.

Anyway back to yesterday, what a great day at the scales all round, loving the huddles, loving going to work, does life get much better than that.  Now if I could just love housework lol, don't hold your breathe,

Easy day today, just the huddle this morning then I have the rest of the day free.  It's good to see so many joining in the summer months, let's work on our summer bodies and get our Christmas body ready for those celebrations too.

I've turned off my notifications on my phone from places like maccy's I think I wrote it yesterday but can't remember, but anyway it's a good reminder for you to do the same, then you're not tempted.

Let's do it all again then shall we!  Have a great day,

Mwah, luv ya

One week down - day 8

Tuesday 2nd August 2022
Have a great day.

Well I did it, a full week on track and all tracked on my nutracheck app, yesterday I finished on 1240 calories.  I had mushrooms on a toasted crust for a late breakfast (forgot photo).  I'd been shopping first to get veggies and salad, after going through the freezer, seeing not just what I have but how many calories are in it, so I've written that all down to help me plan.  I bought the cheapest loaf they had as we don't eat much of it and when we do we usually toast it, well I dry fry mine normally, cheaper that the 400g Warburton's wholemeal I usually have and twice the size.

We had a drive to a National Trust (I have the annual pass so free for year now, we will get our monies worth!) Calke Abbey, after a walk round there, it was only a few miles from my besties so we nipped in to see her and the kids, so lovely to catch up.

I'd already planned dinner and resisting Aryn's many suggestions of eating out, having a maccy's etc, I just kept saying nope, I've defrosted food to cook and it has to be used - go me!

Our dinner didn't take long to cook either, about 20 minutes I reckon, here's the ingredients, this was just my portions ingredients as I used 3 breasts and 6 slices of bacon and split it 3 ways, I put more bacon on Aryns as he did have mushrooms or onions which I cooked in a separate pan.

Oh and a teaspoon of oil for all of it, must add that to the tracker (14 cals).  If I do say so myself this was delicious!  It filled me up too, I've got a third of the chicken, bacon, mushroom and onion mix left, was thinking it would be good on a jacket potato, will pop it in freezer this morning or maybe have tomorrow lunch, it'll be okay in fridge till then.

Today I'm cooking the 12% beef mince whoopsie I took out the freezer yesterday (turns out I have 3 of them in there), I'm going to fry it with mushrooms, onions and diced carrots, mix a couple of oxo cubes in and top with sliced new potatoes put a bit of cheese on it and grill.  I'm not sure if I'm going to try and fool Aryn or do him some mince separately, probably the latter as then at least I know he'll eat it!
We'll have it served with broccoli, nom  nom.  I'm in the zone and finding it easier than I have in a long time, mostly because I am reminding myself of my reasons, to be fair my knee reminds me every time I get out the car.

The scales will tell me if I've lost this morning but as I said yesterday, I'm more interested in the result of every week that's going to follow, not todays because the first weeks always the one you know you'll lose!  Well it is when you've gained the week before and know you've been eating like a greedy bitch for weeks.

I hard boiled some eggs yesterday too because Aryn went to pick a couple up in the garage and I said I can cook six for that price, plus I was about to make his dinner and they would've filled him up on top of the reduced sarnie he'd picked up!

I might have one of them for breakfast, we'll see, I'm loving my mushrooms right now, so it'll probably be then on a slice of toast again.  I did buy bananas yesterday though and I have some yogurt left, but I never find that fills me up for breakfast.

Well I need to go wash up and get ready for work, see some of you later today or some time this week.  Let's all put our health at the top of our to do list shall we?
Mwah, luv ya

Oooo fat photos are motivating!

LMonday 1st August 2022
You are not alone.

I did go over my calories yesterday but only by 379, which I'm pleased with especially as I had the lamb dinner I'd wanted and looked forward to and it cost me 1002 calories, then I opened a bottle of rose cava which was delicious, then himself had a glass so I opened another bottle but it didn't want anymore after his big glass so yes I drank it, I was celebrating the football wasn't I.

Such a shame lamb is so expensive because I love it, these were from Essington fruit farm last month, £12kg OUCH, won't be having them again for a very, very long time.

Other than my lunch, all I'd eaten was a bacon and mushroom bap (259 calorie's total), need to get more mushrooms, they're really a favourite in this house even if Aryn doesn't like them - we do.

I've got the other packet of bacon defrosted and some chicken breasts so I'm thinking of a chicken and bacon pasta bake maybe, make a huge one and freeze a couple of portions for another day, I might have a cooking day actually, need to see what room I have in the freezer first, tidy it up and sort things out.  Plan to use up some of the stuff that's in there.  Get Aryn eating the Chinese stuff he bought that he wanted to try!

I finally feel motivated to continue doing this, I have my reasons for wanting too, I want my fitness levels up again, swimming absolutely tired me out Saturday, my knees hurts like hell most of the time and I know losing weight will help that.  Lots of reasons, Christmas countdown = 145 days EEK!  That's 20 weeks, I've never started a countdown this soon but hey why not, I have another Christmas to look forward to and one that needs saving up for too!

Now to get habits in place to keep me going, so Monday can be my plan the week day and cook, obviously if we're having a day out that won't always happen but I can do it when it's possible.  I have a UW appointment at 11.30 today so if we do go anywhere it won't be until this afternoon but I haven't planned anything, trying to save some money and we did the zoo last Monday and swimming on Saturday so he's not hard done by is he :) We have archery vouchers, I might try and get that booked for Friday and that can be this weeks.

Up at 3.45am this morning to see him off, but I did manage to go back to sleep for an hour although it took me about an hour.  I've been really tired the last week, well not tired in the day but tired early in the evening, another reason to eat well and lose weight, I know it was the day out last Monday and the swimming that contributed to that feeling of tiredness.

I'm bound to lose weight in the Morning, this is day 7 of 100% tracking, it's also my first week of getting on track, plus I gained last Tuesday so yeah I'll lose but whatever those pounds are that disappear, it's more important to focus on the following weeks efforts because it takes more than one week to achieve your goals.

I had already decided I needed to sort myself out last Monday but this photo (which I wasn't going to share ever with anyone) was the one that screamed at me SORT IT OUT BEV!

Look at me cuddling my belly!  Then I just look square on this one;

I realised I haven't seen a photo I did like that showed my body for a long time, the ones on our holidays or days out, especially when you're caught  on camera and you don't know.
I'm finding some out as a reminder to me, these were two my brother took when we were on holiday in Wales;

Yeah I need to keep remembering why I'm doing this because it's easy to forget.

Love me xx
