What a great way to start the day!

Possibilities - we've all got them!


Well check me out, up at half five, already done a workout, followed by a dog walk, I only went out to water the plants and he wouldn't come in, so we went to do the walk and he actually 'walked' not strolled and sniffed!   My fitbit is smiling this morning, 6614 steps already clocked up and 68 active minutes and it's not even 8am.  I've just put it on to charge whilst I blog, I better not forget to put it back on!  


Yesterday I was a little weight loss angel if I do say so myself!   I lost 3lb at the scales, burned 2,628 calories, 13,662 steps and only ate 1007 calories all day - no alcohol either - you're impressed ain't ya, I know you're smiling and thinking wow check her out.  Now if I could only do that every day, we'd be made wouldn't we. 

I enjoyed this for my tea too, would buy it again for a fast tea, 540 calories and microwaved in under 10 minutes = perfect. 
I'm planning another good day today, banana overnight oats at the ready, might have an omelette later or macaroni cheese, but might keep that for tomorrow - we'll see. 

This was the workout I did this morning, even if you don't do it, you'd be tired watching it, I'm a little smug I can do that now, it's a month this Friday since I started doing 30 minutes a day, I even did half hour last night after walking Alfie when I got home from the meeting at about 8pm, again you've got to be impressed with that.  


For someone who's only had 5 hours sleep last night and 6 and half the night before, I feel fantastic this morning, this healthy living is actually a really good idea you know, we should do it more.  Turns out exercising does make you feel good.  My knees coping better too thankfully, so hopefully I'm strengthening the muscles around the knee.

I need to get ready for work and eat my breakfast, let's have a very, great day.  Loved the huddles yesterday, the were absolutely buzzing, the noise, wow, even Alfie was like what the heck is going on here today! Looking forward to doing it again for the rest of the week.
