Time to stop messing about! I've been poorly for a week now but I feel better in myself and my voice is almost back, just got a cough which is a little annoying but it will go in its own time.
Breakfast
1pt skimmed milk for cereal and cups of tea = 2pts
40g oats = 2pts
Weight Watchers pink grapefruit = ½pt
Nice yogurt and I feel in a good frame of mind today, I spent a couple of hours yesterday putting together a week of menu plans and looking through cook books, I've got my mojo back and I'll ready to get healthy again.
Lunch (main meal today)
Roast beef, mashed potato, sprouts, peas and gravy 8pts
Dinner
left over potatos and veg with primula cheese! 6pts
Pedometer 19,000steps = 4pts
