13th August 2010 tracker

Breakfast
sardines on toast (4pts)

Lunch
Beef stir fry
made with 200g stir fry beef (4pts)
250g mushrooms
spring onion chopped
red pepper diced
served with 1/2 packet of savoury rice (3pts)

Snack
apple (1/2pt)

tea
microwave chips and a medium glass of wine! (5.5pts)

I've earnt 2pts on my pedometer thought, that's the least this week, most days its between 3 and 5.
