1/2 pack Microwaveable Uncle Bens savoury rice (any flavour) - ready in 2 minutes
poach 200g Smoked Cod in skimmed milk, add any veggies you like, I added chopped mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, diced carrot, diced cucumber as that was what was in my fridge. Takes approx 10 minutes, drain excess milk off and serve with rice.
scrumptious. No spices or garlic added as for a change I wanted to taste the vegetables and the fish.
It was so filling I couldn't eat it all! Bonus.
